Sustainable Food Consumption Production Systems
Developing Sustainable Production Consumption Systems to Foster Food Security

 During the 2010 Conference of the Asia-Europe Environment Forum in Munich TERI India and SERI Germany organised a workshop in this topic. The collaboration developed in the follow up of the SPACES project

The workshop approached the threats of the food crisis as an opportunity for a critical rethinking about enhancing sustainability in existing Production-Consumption-Systems (PCS) that in turn could pave way for a green economy.
